What's To Come In 2018
I started my fitness Instagram in 2015 as a way to hold myself accountable while trying to lose weight. But as I started to learn more on my journey towards health, I realized how complicated it can be to take care of yourself when every day there’s a new article or study on how to live a healthy life. “Low fat milk is better” “Whole milk is better” “You should limit dairy all together and switch to a nut-milk” “Egg yolks are full of cholesterol” “Actually you should eat the yolk, that’s where the nutrients are” “Walking is the best exercise” “HIIT is the best exercise” It can be a confusing world to navigate. Living a healthy life shouldn’t require a degree in nutrition, health or fitness. I’m starting to shift my focus in 2018 to furthering this exploration in and sharing what I’m learning during my journey to health, wellness and living a more meaningful life. I’ll be creating my own content on my blog, but also posting on my new Facebook page where I’ll share other articles, videos and posts that I think can help us along the way. Cheers to the end of another year and to an even better 2018!
